How It Works
The threaded inserts screw into the wood of your pickup cavity, replacing the stripped wood screw holes with permanent metal threads. The mounting screws thread into the inserts with precision so pickup height adjustments are smooth, repeatable, and never strip out.
Compatible Basses
Designed for Fender-style bass pickups (P-Bass, Jazz Bass, and similar routing). Works with any bass that uses standard wood screws for pickup mounting. If your pickup screws are wobbling, this is the fix.
Why Not Just Use Longer Wood Screws?
That’s the common “fix” and it works for about six months until those holes strip out too. Threaded inserts are the permanent solution. The metal threads in the wood don’t wear, don’t strip, and give you precise control over pickup height for the life of the instrument.
